Columbus In Winter
The Statue of Christopher Columbus, Columbus Park, The Burg.
Columbus Day was special growing up in the Burg. A big
parade down Hamilton Avenue and they would set up those
bleachers in the park along the parade route. People
everywhere and local politicians walking by in the
parade. It was part of the Burg circle of life.
