We all were so fortunate to live where we did and grow up
around our families...no neighborhoods now...but we let
that go looking for the good life in the burbs...I love
to come home to visit as often as I can...go to
DeLorenzo's for pie...Italian festival in Hamilon now..
.I always will remember Yabbers for penny candy...
Colonial bakery 2 hot rolls for 5 cents, eating them
after St Joachim's let out...getting all that powder
on our uniforms....remember the Waffle man on a Sat
night in the summer??? what about Pete's steak house,
Pep's steak house...going for cream donuts on So
Clinton Ave at Pryor donuts...oh so many good
memories...glad I still have long time friends from
Mott and Whittaker...60yrs...our kids and grandkids
will never know that...hopefully I'll be home for good
someday...love Fla but love Trenton more..oh the steak
sandwiches from Hudson beer gardens and spaghetti and
crabs form Clin and Mott...Gnocchi's homemade from
Marsilio's when the Mother made them on Whittaker and
Butler... I can go on and on also! If I keep this up
I will get in my car and drive home NOW!!!!

This was so well written and thoughtful I had to
post it here, thanks Victoria:)
