Trenton High

Trenton High.
Where Hamilton Avenue meets Chambers Street just outside
The Burg. Thousands upon thousands of Burg kids like me
went to Trenton High through the years. Still a beautiful
and historic building which they should not tear down.
God Bless My Alma Mater...and God Bless The Burg.

I think the only way to "save it" is to have the Schools Corruption Corporation or School Dereliction Authority have it taken down and have it moved to the new Ewing Prospect Avenue site that the Trenton BOE bought out there. Yep a roonie, in Ewing by the Ewing Car Wash.

That would be the most expensive and least cost effective way. Brick by brick and rebuild it over there.

Think of the economy and the bus drivers that would get jobs getting the kids out there. Don't laugh, that is part of the formula for site selection. The farther you bus a kid the more you get back from the state.

I know little of NJ school building laws but always suspect jobs padding by destroying old buildings to reward political friends. Please don't tear down Trenton High:)
