Once upon a time long ago this was Theresa Moser's
Tavern.

Warren K adds...
Mosers, like most saloons did not allow women in the
bar area. The "Ladies Entrance" was on Beaty Street
Same policy at Warren Quinns (over near the prison).
Hook and Ladder No. 2 was next door on Clinton St.
My Dad tended bar at Moser occasionally in the
early 40's.
