Great shot of my old neighborhood. Many great years growing up at 130 Bert Ave.

HI MAC....THAT WAS THE ONLY BLOCK OF BERT AVE. THAT HAD ROWHOUSES. WE LIVED AT 344 AND AND MOST OF THE HOMES WERE SINGLE OR SEMI-DETACHED. THAT WHOLE AREA WAS A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD AND WE LIVED THERE FROM 1924 TO 1937. WE RENTED OUR HOUSE FOR A FEW YEARS AND WENT BACK TO MOTT STREET TO OPERATE A STORE AT 123. REGARDS.

Hi Tom & Ralph:)

I was hoping this would come out
nice. This was like 4:30 in the
afternoon and was my final picture of the day. This must have been so
cool a place to live when Hamilton
Avenue had the big NOEL sign and all the Christmas stuff up..walk 3
blocks and you are there:)))

Of course Ralph you are right about
Bert Avenue.

All of these rows here have nice
porches too:)
