I think it was owned by the Millachi family. Skip and Margret were twins in my homeroom.

It was DeGeorge's Eldorado when I knew of it.

Weren't wedding receptions held here as well? I'm pretty sure a friend held one here back in the mid 60s. I won't name him becuase the reception was "Sofa King" bad.

HI MAC.....MY VERY GOOD FRIENDS THE DeGEORGE FAMILY OWNED THE PLACE AFTER THE ELDORADO. PAT AND HIS MOTHER WORKED THE KITCHEN AND DID A GREAT JOB. I VISITED OFTEN AFTER WE MOVED AND ALWAYS ENJOYED SEEING THE OLD GANG. LONDY AND RICHARD DeGEORGE ALSO WERE A BIG HELP. BEST REGARDS.

Ouch, the daughter was in my class, Carolyn? A tall attractive girl.

Sorry, the associations aren't always right.

A few random Eldorado items.
According to my directories...

America DeGeorge (yes thats her
name here) was the Widow of John
and lived at 1339 Liberty Street.

Marie DeGeorge widow of Leon owned
Paul & Leon's Luncheonette at
796 Chambers Street..not far at
all from Eldorado.

It lists Elmo Cicetti as treasurer
of Eldorado in 1957.

It has Frank & Celia Milacci owning
the Chestnut Lucheonette on 547
Chestnut Street.
