Apartment Building, Chambers Street, The Burg
There were few apartment buildings I remember when growing
up in the Burg. That one on South Clinton Avenue and Hudson
Street but that burned down. There were multi-use properties
with a store and apartment and a few two familiy dwellings but
very few buildings that were apartment buildings:)

If you have read any of Janet Evanovich's books, you'd understand. This is the building I imagine Stephanie Plum lives in. And this is probably because there were so few apt buildings in the Burg.

I sent this blog to her and her
daughter and got no response. I thought they would have thought
it was kinda cool.

I love the Stephanie Plum series. I'm very disappointed that they are choosing to film the movie in Pittsburgh, though. I think they should film in Trenton and hold an open casting call looking for a local woman to play Stephanie. -K
