Was Petry's Horse Sstable related to the Van Lines?
Were they located down on Second or Third streets near Cass?
Hi SJ:)
The article didnt say where
these places were located and
I am clueless on this item.
However I think all of the places
mentioned were in the Burg so
I think this place was in the
Burg at one time. That of course
does not rule out prior locations
including Second or Third streets:)
A side observation:
It was always noticable to me that
Second Street was wider than most
side streets in the area, well
from the blocks near the prison at
least.
