Hi Mack: Our good friend, Kate Frascella, lived on Elmer Street all her life. She was born in the same house that she passed away in. There are not many people around who lived in the same house for 80 some years. It's a good example of how well neighbors in Chambersburg felt about each other. God Bless the Burg
