359 Hamilton Avenue, The Burg
Once upon a time this was the Office of Doctor Gaetano
Mazzanti, according to my records.
There were some cool ole homes on Hamilton Avenue:)
A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

Hi Mack: I don't think there is a street in Trenton that had more doctors than Hamiltojn Ave. When I delivered mail on W. State St., I thought they had more, but after reading your site, I think Hamilton Ave. had more. One of the reasons could be the size of those homes. There was room for an office and plenty of other space to live. I think it all started with the trolleys. Stay well and stick with the Burg. Best regards.
