Eddie's Deluxe Donuts was on Hamilton Ave when I lived in the Burg ... my dad would bring home 2 dozen donuts every Sunday morning, when he was done driving the cab. We LOVED Sunday mornings!! To me, there's still nothing to compare to one of those long cream donuts from Eddie's!! (Although I'm told Eet Gud makes a mean one!)
On Sunday mornings, my friend Paul Seiler and I would have our dads help us out with our Trenton Times paper routes, and then we would go to Eddies for donuts and hot chocolate. I loved all of the pictures on the wall...especially those of my dad.
