302 Dayton Street, South Trenton.
Once this was Kelly's Grocery Store:)
A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

My sister and her family lived at 210 Dayton and my brother and his family lived at 212 Dayton in the 80s and 90s. They lived side by side together for about eight years and my four nieces loved it. I imagine that if it was still around they must have been inside the grocery at 302.
That whole area of South Trenton was great, Dayton St., Virginia Ave. Good memories of just walking down those streets and the friends who lived there.
Remember this well. I grew up at 210 Virginia Ave.
Bob - One of the guys who hung around with us on Beatty St. was Ralph Giordano, did you know him?
JoeZ,
I grew up on Virgina Ave. Graduated
from THS 1962. I remember young Ralph that lived directly across the street. I knew young Ralph, but I knew his Dad beter.

Anon: I knew his Dad from going over his house with the guys, real nice man.
Sorry about the multiple posts.
The Giordanos lived directly across the street from us.
