immaculate had the BEST carnival of all the parishes (sorry about that st joachim's and all others)...and it ran for TWO WEEKS in the summer. it was boss! i would always make a groovy spin art painting at the art booth. i would always get a pizzelle with sauce and grated cheese, or sometimes with just a lot of sugar.
The above picture is a generic ferris wheel as I could find no pictures

Mack I remember my grandfather taking me when I was little from Home Ave over to the Feast of Lights every year. Butler St. covered in lights and when your a little kid the sight was amazing. As you grew older it was the girls, Italian sausage peppers and onions. Saxman's brother and I cruised that carnival.
