789 Chambers Street, The Burg.
Once upon a time this was The Four Oval Inn Tavern
(Owner: Anthony & Lena Constantini)
This was The Camelot Lounge in my Burg day:)
A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

When crack hit and all businesses left Trenton 1990 the place had a name

When my friends were nursing students at St. Francis, we used to go to the Camelot for cheap drinks. At that time, it was cheesy but not seedy - we had a lot of laughs at the Camelot!
But as I recall, we used to go to the Camelot EARLY - long before the dancers went on. It was a place to have a few cheap drinks before heading out somewhere semi-respectable (Buffstone's, Brothers, Ivy Tavern)!
