A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

Sax,
Is Tal in this pic (I think?)?
Was the teacher Mrs. Jones?
SJB.....here goes..the first row:
Tommy Savko (S Broad next to Dr Crane0; Donald Salady (Randall Ave); The Saxman!; Teddy Wood (Jersey St); Talbot Brody (S Broad); Harold Margolin (Randall Ave - his dad was the "ragman"; Pasquale "Pat" Capuano (Chestnut Ave); Charles Kish (Cummings Ave); Mike?orGeorge? Mikolas (Genessee St).....to be continued
I think it was Mrs Jones in 6th grade.
Was it someone in your class that carved "Big Ed" into the door panel behind the gathering? ;-)
Did Tal Brody ever go on to the NBA?
Take a look at this sites for some complete info on Tal:

I visited my brother in Israel last year and tried to contact Tal without success.
Wonder what came of Joe Klesken? We started at College of NJ together and after he dropped out, I lost contact with him. He was a good guy.
