Saxman said...: SJBILL...yes it was. Sunday afternoons where popular...and of course Fri and Sat nights during the 60's it was the place to be.

SJBill said...: On the subject of Joe "Reno" Lanzi, he was a boxer from Trenton. He began his fighting career in the 1920s! A really nice guy he was.

Saxman and Tom Pass probably knew him. He was the guy that took care of the locker room at THS. I think he retired in '63 or '64.
