Chambersburg had such good markets. You always went to Mazzilli'a to get fresh olives, grapes to make wine. Great produce! Go across the street to get some aged provolone. Get some great salami and capicole down the street.
After teh changes, it gets a little depressing seeing these pictures sometimes. Everything seems gone.
At least I recently turned my kids onto Taylor's Pork Roll, and we have a few good Italian markets.
Olives, yeah, we got those. Grapes, yeah, we got those too. I'm starting to think that San Jose has a lot of what the Burg had, way back when, as far as food goes.
