I'm wondering when the current housing stock in this nerighborhood was built. I'm guessing that what we see now along streets like this is not what was there originally. Are there photos of early 20th century or late 19th century Chambersburg?
I'm wondering why there are not more of the brick row house streets that are so common in Philadelphia. Chambersburg has a much more varied mix of styles.
