Mack, was this ever the William Penn Insurance Agency. Once a month mom would give me an envelope and I would walk down the street and pay their premium. I just don't remember which building it was.
I have a listing for Penn Insurance. 1030 South Broad. My records are limited and this building certainly might have been Penn Insurance at one time. My records only cover certain years:)
