I loved Case's and Taylor's. They were great -- nothing like it here.
We have one excellent butcher that I would recommend in a heartbeat. Ditmer's in Mt. View CA.

Ditmer Sr. was from Hamburg, Germany. He'e been open stateside in a small shop since 1978.
They have a paprika sausage which is very Hungarian in taste. Great smoke, nice spice. I hear Chardas when I eat it just warmed. He's an award winner.
BTW, I FINALLY figgered out to post to the svreeen name. Doh!
