Ah yes...Wildwood. The best Beach in Jersey...the lifeguards, the boardwalk...the cool lifeguards, the great food...the blond lifeguards, the dance clubs... the tanned lifeguards, the nite life... the single lifeguards. But I digress...the best times I had in my single adult life. Had a '66 Olds Toronado, my scuba gear, money in my pocket, and time o my hands.
Best boardwalk, Barb we know where your mind was at. When I was a kid my parents went every summer for a week. This Polish lady from Holy Cross Church moved there and had a large brick home converted into a rooming house, called the Evergreen. Breakfast and Dinner homemade included. Good Times.
Hey Barb,
Did you like the lifeguards? LOL

Anonymous Barbara..They were OK. Dad bought a house in No Wildwood in 1955, storm of '62 took it down. My husband and I finally scraped together some rubles and bought our own place in Wildwood about 6 years ago. We still act like kids down there...and that's FUN.
Does any one remember the dances at "Starlight Ballroom" down in Wildwood? I use to go to them every night in the early 60's @ Barb ~ the lifeguards were bouncers there. :-)
