We used to be in and out of DiMucci's when we were kids in Immaculate, using our "pagan baby" offerings to buy junk food. Then later when my dad had Trenton Tech in the old Trenton Catholic Building. Tony was a prince for putting up with all of us. Paulie..between your "ashes" and my spending "hungry children in China" money to feed myself, were goin' to hell.

Barb: You and Paulie are not going to hell. Father Joseph here forgives you both. Those pagan babies made enough money to put our economy to shame. I couln't help laughing I haven't heard pagan babies in a long time.

My dad grew up on Mott St. When my family came to this country, nobody would sell my grandfather a house, 'cause the family name was German(even though we were Hungarian). They said "try the Italians, maybe they'll sell you a house"...and they did. Even though I'm Hungarian by birth, I was always Italian by resisdence. Always treated us like family.
