The location of the 2nd Light's Furniture Store...Judy's uncle. Down the street was Van Scyver Furniture, all stone with turrets, looked like a castle to me when I was little.

Across the street was the Palace Theater, Mama Manukas, the original Cohen's Tuxedo with Dellaira Accordion Studio upstairs.

Thanks Tom Pass...forgot about Mama Manukas'. Used to love the Ravioli with Meat Sauce, can't get good Bolognese any more.
Cohen's Tuxedo..the place for the guys to go to get that tux for the THS prom....white jacket, definitely.
broad and greenwood (s.b light furnuture) was my post when i was a patrol boy at sacred heart. in the mid-70s, i was the fuzz!!!
do they still have patrol boys/girls now??? probably not.
kids don't deliver papers anymore either. what's up with that???
i delivered about 100 copies of the trentonian before school. delivering the sunday paper was a workout. well, i "found" an acme shopping cart, which came in handy on sundays.
