My husband and I were trying to remember the name of some of these bars. I believe the Shamrock was on one of these corners. I remember pink neon lights around the golden slipper, back in the day.

Its fun to find things like this:)
Because these Burg streets were once ours many times just a look
at a building is all we need to name it/and or add things about it such as people and events connected to it.
I remember the Golden Slipper sign too, that was a cool name, they should have kept it:)

I think the Golden Slipper was owned by the Sciarotta family.

Phyllis Sciarotta was a dear friend and Jr4 and THS classmate of mine. She and the family bought the Windsor Hotel.

Wiley Storaci, a THS classmate owns the Windsor Hotel, currently.
