Looks a little different, but brings back good memories, doesn't it...SC and Roseann. I remember one day, before Mr. Pierro opened the bar that day, Marlene said "I found this great soda, it's called SLOE GIN". He found us on the floor behind the bar, out cold. We went thru the whole bottle, went down real easy when you're 11 years old. He took me home and I was sick all the way down Division.

Boy, Barb, you and my cousin Marlene must have been something. I can't believe we didn't hear about that story at our house. So, how do you like Sloe Gin today?

BP SC..We were trouble on 4 wheels, add in Carol Carey from Chestnut, Vonda Emeliani from Butler, Edie Mangione from Quinton and we were an 20 wheeler. Oh, Sloe Gin..Still love it, but I'm older now, so I'm only trouble on 2wheels.

That building looks a lot like Caesar's Restaurant (pizza)...I went all thru grammar school & high school with his daughter, Rosina...their last name was Pingitore...that would be probably 70s, 80s, maybe into the 90s. When was it Pierro's?
