The chainlink fence in the pic looks like the one I remember outside of the side entrance to St Jochaims school..use to enter there for CDC classes. I remember the alley going from Mott to Ditmar Place/Dittmar Alley which ran from Clinton to Hudson..it was/is called Walkette Alley according to my aunt who lived on Elmer St.

Is this the Alley that runs from Mott Street to Bayard St?
