Street and Chambers Street. According to my records, 1125
Chambers Street was once Deckers Dairy Inc:)

Always got our prescriptions filled there when we lived on Revere Ave. Nicest people always.
Joe Z...my grandparents lived at 903 Quinton at Centennial. My girlfriend Edie Mangione lived on the next block od Quinton closer to Liberty.
