MAB Paint Store in my Burg day but once
Helen's Luncheonette. I remember my umbrella flew
in the air and was ruined here during Hurricane
Agnes in 1972. There was no flooding in the Burg then.
In fact I never remember flooding in the Burg.

Yup, that was Helen's restaurant, later a tile company and then MAB. Ronny Butko, who's father had Johnny's Bar, which became Peter's Place down the block, pushed my bike into the light pole you can see at the corner..split my forehead opened...spent some time at St Franics. You had to be tough to live in the Burg.
