Ha Ha Ha :) I thought the same thing. This picture must on a weekday after the morning rush and before the afternoon rush beginning with kids and moms. My guess is between 10AM and 2PM:)

These parked cars are almost as big as the houses. Must be the 1970s. Oh, everybody parked in the street in the Burg. That's normal, right?
