A Typical Burg Rowhouse. Typical but they were marvelous
werent they? You can almost hear your Ma saying "I gotta
go to the store because your Dad said they are saying on
TV that its gonna snow" Which makes me ponder everyone
getting Bread, Milk, and Eggs when they think its gonna
snow. Now suppose we get 36 feet of snow...does French
Toast give us superman strength to dig ourselves out of
it? I can see Ma ignoring that comment and heading out
the door.... I can see Dad lowering the Newspaper and
watching Ma walk out the door...and winking in
agreement.God Bless Those Burg Houses:)

I can remember when we lived with my Dad's parents. They had a pretty big row house in the Burg. When my grandparents past away they were laid out in the front room of the house. This is something I will never forget. I was only 4 years old. They passed away within moths of each other.
