1122 Anderson Street, The Burg
1122 Anderson Street, The Burg The corner of Anderson Street and Genesee Street. Once Cent'Anni Restaurant and Bar. A Burg Legend for over 25 years. Remember the picture of Felix the Cat on the outside wall on Anderson Street?

That will show you Count Felix's Bar and it has a few comments on it from folks you might know. Cent'Anni was 1122 Anderson only a few blocks away so its easy to see how someone could mix them up especially it being a long time ago:)
Tom, methinks this place is at the corner of Anderson and Genesee St. I was never thereunder the Cent'Anni management. Before that (1950s and 1960s)the room was know as the Steven Lewis Tavern. Steve was a close friend of the family.
"Count" Felix Nowicki was a few blocks away, as mack notes, at 801 Anderson at the corner of Rusling.
At my age, I am happy to have had drinks in both establishments.
I remember the bar as Count Felix, never Cent' Anni, but I could be wrong.
